Midtown Doral is located within the City of Doral, Florida  along NW 107th Avenue.  The 30.64 acre planned urban development will have 1,548 residential units consisting of one, two and three-bedroom condominiums. 300,000 square feet of gross leasable commercial/retail space, 75,000 square feet of net leasable office space and a 47,000 square foot clubhouse are also a part of the mixed-use development program.  The compact urban development with its residential and retail mix will allow residents to walk to cafes, restaurants, and boutiques.  The project is also the first in Doral to incorporate modern open floor plan concepts and modern style elevations with clean lines and large glass areas.
